Filler Post

Well I gotta post now because I haven't posted in a few weeks.
I couldn't think of anything no matter how many insults I put in it.
I'd better post something so I don't lose you all.
Thinking of something is just past my limit.
This is the filler post, the filler post
It's not a killer post
It's just a filler post
It goes "blah blahbity blah blah blah blahbity blah blah blah"
It goes "blah blahbity blah blah blah blahbity blah blah blah"

Microblogging

The idea seems like a good one. I can update my blog with small things that I can't write a proper post for, and it lets people know that I am still logging.\

It will also let me pad out the silliness tags since that is really what random humour is.

My first one will be posted right after this one.

Never Understood, Never Will Understand

I never really understood certain things about blogging, except for one thing. Some people use it as a diary. They post thoughts and feelings and stuff like that and basically act like open books.

The few times on my old blog when I did that was at a time when I knew that people didn't really care what I had to say.

Now I am at the situation where people do care. The problem I face now is that I have things that I want to say, but they are things that I don't want people to know. I can't really make it a private thing because that wasn't really what this blog is about. And I see no point in wasting space on Blogger or any other blogging site on a blog that I would update even less then this one.

I don't like wearing my heart on my sleeve but at times I wonder if I should.

(PS, as you can see one of the tags is "silliness" there is a dual meaning there, but the more obvious one is that I usually tag my posts with either "musings" or "silliness" or sometimes both)

Iraq Blogs

The BBC has an updated Iraqi Blogs page.

Two blogs hit me after reading their profiles.

The first is called Days of My Life and is from a young girl who goes by the name of Sunshine, who lives in Mosul.

I have started reading through the archives, and I cannot think of anything to say at the moment. The post that I am up to at this time I think may be one referring to the Battle of Mosul which really seems to reflect the Coalition's ability to achieve an indecisive result.

The thing that I see in reading these entries is that she does not seem to give up hope. At least that is what I am reading now.

The second one that I will start reading more of is called Last of Iraqis. I have only read the little excerpt from the BBC but it sounds like another interesting thing to read.

If you will excuse me I have some reading to do...
